  • How do I create my account?

    You should visit the following link and provide your 16-digit Emirates NBD Visa Flexi card number, first and last name, email address and password to create your account. You will then be redirected to the page where you can review and select the benefits that you want to have on your Emirates NBD Visa Flexi card. 

  • How long do I have to select my benefit?

    It is advised that you select your benefits as soon as you receive your Emirates NBD Visa Flexi card. You will have 30 days to submit your selection from the date of creating your account.

  • How many benefits can I select?

    You can select a total of six (6) benefits. Two (2) from the selection of 6 Boutique benefits and Four (4) from the selection of 8 Premium benefits. 

  • What happens if I do not select my benefits?

    If you do not select your benefits within 30 days of creating your account, the default set of benefits is automatically activated. The default set of benefit consists of:

    • VOX – Cinema discounts on ‘Cinema by Rhodes’ experience and 4DX in addition to a 20% discount on food and beverages on the Theatre by Rhodes menu only.
    • Dubz – Luggage delivery to airport and/or luggage delivery from airport to address of your choice.
    • Boingo – Free annual Wi-Fi membership.
    • Careem – Careem credit of up to AED 100 per month upon making the qualifying number of rides.
    • Smart Delay Lounge Access – Flight delay lounge access for you and up to four (4) passengers if a flight is delayed for more than ninety (90) consecutive minutes.
    • Golf – Complimentary round of golf once a month at one of five (5) golf courses across the UAE.

    Until you select your benefits or the default set of benefits is activated, you will only have access to the core benefits.

  • How long are my benefits valid for?

    Your benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of submitting your selection of benefits.

  • Can I change my benefits selection?

    You will not be able to change your selection for 12 months from the date of submission. Once you have completed the 12 months from the date of submission, you will be able to select your benefits for the following 12 month period.

  • How frequently can I change my benefits?

    You can change your benefits after 12 months from the date of submitting your selection of benefits.

  • When can I start using my benefits?

    You can start using your benefits within 24 hours from submitting your selection of benefits.

  • How can I redeem my benefits?

    Each benefit will have specific instructions on how to redeem and enjoy your benefits. Please refer to the benefit details and terms and conditions of each third party service provider that are accessible through the portal to learn more.   • What should I do if I have trouble redeeming my benefit?

    Unfortunately, sometimes there might be an issue that prevent you from enjoying your benefit. If that happens, please contact your bank directly to report the issue. In some instances, you can directly call the benefit provider. Please refer to the benefit details and terms and conditions of the third party service providers to get the information.

  • What happens if I lose my Emirates NBD Visa Flexi card?

    In the event you lose your Emirates NBD Visa Flexi card, please contact your bank immediately and inform them of the issue. A new Emirates NBD Visa Flexi card will be issued with the same set of benefits. Your account history (number of redemptions available per benefit) will also be transferred to your new Emirates NBD Visa Flexi card.

  • Will the same set of benefits apply for a supplementary cards?

    Your supplementary cardholders are entitled to select their own set of six (6) benefits as detailed above.

  • Is there anything else I need to know about my benefits?

    Some of your benefits may have caps on the number of redemptions you can use for the year. Also, some of your benefits might have a spend requirement that needs to be fulfilled so that you can enjoy the benefit. Please refer to the benefit details and terms and conditions of each third party service provider that are accessible through the portal to learn more.
